Artistry skill

One of the proposed new skills to replace Mechanical Lore in the (relatively) near future. Not currently available in the game.

The Artistry skill will deal with embellishment of existing things. Embroidery, heraldry, gem cutting, jewelry making, engraving, painting, tattooing, etc. will be handled by this skill.
