Description:
Beseech the Wind to Echo allows the Ranger to send a small whispered message to another character.
When beseeching the winds of Elanthia to echo you must either designate a recipient (BESEECH THE WIND TO ECHO <PLAYER NAME>) or beseech the wind to echo your words to the surrounding area (BESEECH THE WIND TO ECHO ALL). Thereafter, in order to project your voice upon the wind, BESEECH ECHO <MESSAGE>.
Notes
After getting the prompt from Tomma, head to SIlverwater Mines in Zoluren. Move down the shaft to a ledge. Climb up the ladder to a niche. Say something ('ECHO, Echo, echo! is of course a classic) and wait for the return echo. Repeat until you you get the message that you've learned the tick. Required 50 Vocals.
The range is approximately equal to a K gweth.
Aligning more than 35 does not extend the range of the whispers.
