Carmellia Noot runs Noot's Teahouse.

Carmellia Noot is a slender, graceful member of the Elven race clad in a flowing periwinkle blue silk robe. An occasional strand of silver in her raven-black hair, swept back out of her eyes by a silver clip, is the only visible sign that she may not be as youthful as she appears.
