The Moon Mage Council was originally composed of members from each of the sects that came together to form the Moon Mage Guild.

The first members of the Council included:

• Jares Braun
• The Nameless One
• Kir
• others

In the mid-300s, a student, Khaman, was permitted on to the council. This was also the time of the Mirror Wraith Prophesy, a spectacularly turbulent time for the guild during which several members of the Council were killed. When the story of the MWP concluded with Tezirah being cast back into the Void, Taramaine Braun dissolved the council.
