Description:	The Mental Blast spell sends a jolt of mana directly into the target's brain, often incapacitating the victim and possibly causing them to drop whatever they're holding.
Example Messaging:	You gesture at <target>. A jolt of psychic energy discharges from your pattern and grounds into <target>'s brain. First cast: <Target> jerks his head, grimaces, and clenches his fists. Subsequent casts: <Target> shakes his head in pain! Target POV: <Moon Mage> gestures at you. MMs: You detect the onslaught of an injurious psychic attack! Non-MMs: You feel an ominous pressure build up in your head. You jerk involuntarily as pain briefly lances through your skull. You are stunned!

NOTES

A successful cast will either stun your opponent or render them unconscious. It will also cause nerve damage, which can destroy the target's nerves.
Stuns will increase the potential success of contested spells. If the first cast only stuns your opponent, recasting it quickly while they are stunned may render them unconscious.
How long the target remains stunned is a function of the stat contest win.
