Seralor and her mate, Vael, were at the forefront of the Great Migration and helped to raise the Great Barrier during their escape from the Prydaen homeland. She subsequently tried to establish a new Hub for the Prydaen on this side of the Great Barrier, but it is unknown if she succeeded.

She is renowned for teaching Silvyrfrost and the furless Bards the enchante Demrris' Resolve and the art of Bardic Knots.
