Appearance
You see Scoundrel Aaoskar Moonbender, Woodland Bandit, an Elf. He has laugh lines, pointed ears, almond-shaped milky white eyes, a classical nose and dimples. His snow-white hair is very long and straight, and is worn loose. He has smooth skin and a lithe build. He is tiny for an Elf. A placid blue turquoise rests on his forehead, just above his eyes. He has a tattoo of six towers on a field of stars encircled by the three Elanthian moons on his wrist.
Character History
Aaoskar Moonbender was born as the only son of a prominent moonmage. His family expected him to follow tradition and become a moonmage, but Kssarh refused to admit him into the guild, saying that Aaoskar lacked the discipline to be a moonmage. His family never treated Aaoskar the same way again. Instead of enduring the shame that he brought onto his family, Aaoskar ran away from home and fled the mainland. His current whereabouts are unknown, although it is known that Aaoskar swore to his family that he would devote his life to helping all people of Elanthia, even those that were not good enough to be accepted by guilds or society at large. It is also rumored, to the everlasting disappointment of his elven family, that his closest companions are dwarves. Due to Aaoskar's "incompetence" and "misguided" values, Aaoskar has been expelled from his elven family.
Claim to Fame
At the age of 51, in the year of the Toda, 340, Aaoskar Moonbender was the first to discover that if one licks a glowing rock fragment, it hurts more than if you just touch it. To his disappointment, Aaoskar also reported that fragments are rather tasteless and can not be used as a spice to make stew.
On the fourth day of the fourth month on the fourth day of Shorka the Cobra in the year of the Toad, 340 years after the victory of Lanival the Redeemer, Aaoskar relayed to the public that he completed his quest to discover if a non-magicuser can acquire special spell castings from the library in Throne City. Sadly, but to the amusement of the magical community, Aaoskar reported that non-magic users can not learn special spell castings.
